Cooking Class - Crowd-Pleasing Dim Sum Cooking

Make dim sum while practicing careful shaping and steaming.
Learn how to make dim sum favorites from scratch in this interactive cooking class in Ann Arbor, complete with a Dim Sum at Home Kit to keep the experience going. Chef Daniel or a resident chef will guide you through pork and shiitake dumplings (siu mai), gai lan with garlic and oyster sauce and steamed shrimp rice rolls (cheung fun), plus mango pudding with coconut cream. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
