Steak, Gnocchi with squash, salad and vanilla dessert. Learning how to make gnocchi. My chef was very informative with how's and why's with patience and humor.

We made Pad Thai. Veggie stir fry and a coconut caramel custard. It was fun using ingredients I have never used before. The food was all delicious and the chef made sure everyone participated.
