Give your teen a cooking series that keeps them focused and motivated all week.
Challenge your teen in this interactive cooking series in Albany built around technique-driven learning. With step-by-step guidance from Chef Rachel or a chef instructor, students will practice poaching and sous-vide eggs, balancing spices in Indian dishes, shaping dumplings with crispy skirts and baking and decorating layered cakes. Each day focuses on understanding heat, texture and flavor development. This cooking series in Albany offers a structured, skill-forward environment for teens ready to level up their cooking.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
