Enroll your child in a five-day cooking series that supports hands-on learning.
Inspire creativity and confidence in this interactive cooking series in Albany created for kids ages 7-11. With step-by-step instruction from Chef Rachel or a chef instructor, students will mix doughs, prepare fillings and practice frosting and decorating techniques. Over five days, they’ll cook chicken nuggets and loaded fries, bake donuts and focaccia pizzas and design a sprinkle-covered cake from start to finish. This cooking series in Albany focuses on hands-on learning while helping kids understand timing, texture and presentation.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
