What You’ll Do

Give your child a five-day cooking series that mixes baking fun and skill-building.

Designed for ages 7-11, this hands-on cooking series in Jacksonville invites young bakers to spend five fun-filled days building real kitchen skills. Guided by Chef Samuel or a professional chef instructor, kids will learn how to measure accurately, mix doughs and batters, shape flaky pie crust and understand how heat transforms ingredients. Throughout the week, they’ll bake muffins, popovers, scones, pizza pinwheels and fruit galettes while gaining confidence through hands-on practice. This cooking series in Jacksonville helps kids develop creativity, independence and foundational skills they can use for years to come.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was absolutely an amazing experience and memorable date night for me and my husband. The Chef was great and fresh ingredients food was an explosion of flavor. Can't wait to try another class.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.

Individual versus sharing a cooking station would be better. Having a small separate dining area or at least tables and chairs to enjoy our cooked meal would be great. Dessert should not be served/completed until meal is done and consumed. Overall, fun.
