What You’ll Do

Sign your teen up for five days of hands-on international cooking in this cooking series.

Challenge your teen with global flavors in this interactive cooking series in Costa Mesa designed for ages 12 and older. With step-by-step guidance from Chef Jessica or a chef instructor, students will prepare dishes inspired by Asia, Europe, Mexico and the Mediterranean. Along the way, they’ll sharpen knife skills, learn balanced seasoning and explore traditional cooking methods from around the world. This cooking series in Costa Mesa encourages independence, teamwork and creativity through hands-on, skill-focused cooking.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
