What You'll Do

Plan a five-day cooking series full of international inspiration for your child.

Designed for ages 7-11, this hands-on cooking series in Troy (Detroit) takes young chefs on a five-day journey through global flavors. Guided by Chef Arra or a chef instructor, kids will explore dishes inspired by Mexico, Asia, Italy, France and classic American comfort food. Along the way, they’ll practice knife safety, seasoning and balance, dough shaping and basic heat control while cooking meals like chicken tostadas, soba noodles, fettuccine Alfredo and croque monsieur. This cooking series in Troy (Detroit) helps kids build confidence and curiosity through hands-on cooking every day.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
