Guided by Chef Jesse or a resident chef, kids will make ice cream s’mores, slushies, pizza pinwheels, pot pies and baked desserts while learning essential techniques like mixing, shaping and baking. Pan seared NY strip with Chianti sauce, gnocchi with walnut pesto, arugula salad with lemon Parmesan dressing and butterscotch budino. Chef Charlie was awesome! Hoping to get the recipes sent to my email soon. Thank you!

This was not with Chef Jesse. I believe the chef's name was Charlie. He was very friendly and informative. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will back for another.
