With step-by-step guidance from Chef Monique or a resident chef, young cooks will prepare global-inspired menus featuring tostadas and horchata, steamed buns, cheeseburger macaroni, Italian classics and French favorites. My grandson and I participated in the festive breakfast. It was our first time doing a class. It was above our expectations. The head chef was awesome. She explained everything so the kids understood and personable.

The class was a lot of fun and easy going. I do wish the Chef had demonstrated what to do a little more from her station at the front of the kitchen. Instead she often opted to demonstrate at one of the student tables, and it was pretty hard to see what she was demonstrating. That being said, I would fully recommend this class to anyone no matter your cooking experience. So much fun!
