What You’ll Do

Give your kid a four-day cooking series that keeps them busy and learning.

Build baking confidence in this interactive cooking series in Boca Raton created for kids ages 7-11. With guidance from Chef Monique or a chef instructor, young cooks will mix, shape and bake a variety of sweet and savory dishes, from fruit galettes and stuffed cheesy shells to brownies and oatmeal sandwich pies. Kids will learn proper measuring, dough handling and basic baking science. This cooking series in Boca Raton offers hands-on practice that helps kids grow more confident in the kitchen each day.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My grandson and I participated in the festive breakfast. It was our first time doing a class. It was above our expectations. The head chef was awesome. She explained everything so the kids understood and personable.

The class was a lot of fun and easy going. I do wish the Chef had demonstrated what to do a little more from her station at the front of the kitchen. Instead she often opted to demonstrate at one of the student tables, and it was pretty hard to see what she was demonstrating. That being said, I would fully recommend this class to anyone no matter your cooking experience. So much fun!

chef ron was very good. his 25 years of culinary experience made him totally qualified to instruct us. i learned a lot, enjoyed the session and the food came out great too. i also shopped in the store and got a 10% discount on the items.

"What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

To begin with there wasn’t any chef Monique there. Very disappoint, It was 3 people with one dough at the table, when my husband and l had paid for 2 classes or what ever they call it ( experience)but there was another person at our table that we had to included, so the experience wasn’t really any experience l would recommend to anyone or l would go back. They also don’t let you that the class or experience is at Sur La Table store. The person who was leading the class/ experience tried her best. I don’t recommend this place.

Donuts were small but good. One chef was prepping for another class during our class which was a little distracting. A lot of the prep work was done which is understandable but a little upsetting.
