What You’ll Do

Plan a creative week for your kid with this hands-on cooking series.

Inspire creativity and confidence in this interactive cooking series in Madison created for kids ages 7-11. With step-by-step instruction from Chef Peter or a chef instructor, students will mix doughs, prepare fillings and practice frosting and decorating techniques. Over five days, they’ll cook chicken nuggets and loaded fries, bake donuts and focaccia pizzas and design a sprinkle-covered cake from start to finish. This cooking series in Madison focuses on hands-on learning while helping kids understand timing, texture and presentation.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Cooked steak, fries, and lava cakes! Instruction was great, more from the professional chef as some of the printed instructions were unclear, and the food was tasty. Class didn't start on time, which is a shame because we picked the later session and ultimately didn't have dinner until after 9pm. I would have liked some more instruction on how to make the same or similar recipes without all the fancy equipment, and advice on how to be more efficient in the kitchen. Also, there should be a dedicated dining area, as it's uncomfortable to eat standing up.
