Encourage your child to learn by doing in this hands-on cooking series.
Encourage young chefs to explore and experiment in this fun cooking series in Woodmere (Cleveland) designed for a full week of cooking and baking. Guided by Chef Michael or a resident chef, kids will prepare both sweet and savory dishes, from pancake dippers and pineapple whip to a decorated 6-inch cake with homemade sprinkles and berry filling. Each day builds new skills in mixing, baking and decorating. This cooking series in Woodmere (Cleveland) is a great way for kids to develop foundational kitchen skills while having fun and expressing their creativity.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
