What You’ll Do

Give your teen five focused days of baking and pastry work in this cooking series.

Designed for ages 12 and up, this hands-on cooking series in Boulder gives teens five focused days to dive deep into advanced baking and pastry skills. Guided by Chef Ashley or a professional chef instructor, students will work with pâte à choux, pastry cream, tart dough and laminated pastry while learning the science behind doughs, emulsions and caramel. From St. Honoré cake and fruit tarts to artisan breads and croissants, this cooking series in Boulder helps teens build precision, patience and confidence through real pastry techniques.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Super fun experience. I really enjoyed the pace and knowledge of the chef. Appropriate for all levels. It was a very special moment for my son and I that we will never forget. Only note was I wish I knew the location before I booked. Probably an error for a first time user. I ended up driving from very very south Denver to Boulder. Still loved it but wish I knew before I booked.
