Give your teen a focused four-day cooking series centered on core kitchen skills.

Push skills further in this interactive cooking series in Boulder created for teens ready to move beyond the basics. With step-by-step guidance from Chef Ashley or a chef instructor, students will poach and sous-vide eggs, master hollandaise using multiple methods, shape dumplings with crispy skirts and bake and decorate layered cakes with Swiss meringue frosting. Each day focuses on managing heat, balancing flavors and executing techniques cleanly. This cooking series in Boulder offers a structured, skill-forward learning experience.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Cameron was our chef. We had steak with a red wine shallot reduction, twice baked potatoes, arugula pear salad with chocolate mousse for dessert. It was fun as well as delicious. My husband, who is not a cook would definitely do another class. I have decades of cooking experience and still learned a few things. All around is was a great experience.
