Encourage your kid to build independence through a week of cooking in this guided session.
Encourage creativity and confidence in the kitchen in this fun cooking series in Kirkland (Seattle) for young chefs. Over five days, kids will make pretzels, pasta, global dishes and chocolate treats while learning essential techniques in a supportive, hands-on environment. Chef Peter or a resident chef will guide each session with clear instruction and age-appropriate tasks. This cooking class in Kirkland (Seattle) is a great way for kids to build lifelong skills, try new foods and enjoy cooking from start to finish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Meet your chef
Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.
