Learn springtime cooking through seasonal ingredients in this hands-on experience.
Cook a well-rounded spring menu in this interactive cooking class in Canton (Darien). With guidance from Chef Brian or a resident chef, you’ll marinate and sear steak, assemble an asparagus salad with crisp prosciutto, roast herb-seasoned potatoes and bake orange madeleines finished with chocolate. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
