What You’ll Do

Make fresh linguine, tomato sauce and silky almond ricotta in this hands-on Italian cooking class.

Start your cooking class by mixing and kneading dough for fresh linguine, no fancy tools needed, just a little patience and curiosity. While the pasta rests, you’ll simmer a rich tomato sauce with garlic, herbs and a splash of white wine for depth. Then comes a fun twist: blending your own almond ricotta, bright with lemon and olive oil.

When everything comes together, you’ll top your pasta with your sauce, a scoop of ricotta and maybe a handful of fresh basil. It’s relaxed, it’s delicious and it’s something you’ll absolutely want to make again at home. Save your spot and come cook, taste and hang out.
