Get comfortable working with dough in this interactive cooking class in Costa Mesa. With help from Chef Jessica or a resident chef, you’ll bake rustic Dutch oven French bread, top roasted squash and sage focaccia with creamy ricotta and churn your own salted butter. You’ll gain confidence in timing and texture while learning techniques you can use for all kinds of homemade breads. This cooking class in Costa Mesa is ideal for anyone eager to master the basics of bread making.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
