What You’ll Do

Create pasta dishes that highlight warm, comforting flavors.

Learn the art of handmade pasta in this hands-on cooking class in Naperville. Start by mixing and rolling fresh spinach pasta dough, then craft fettuccine with roasted winter squash, arugula and pine nuts. You’ll also prepare spinach linguine with walnut sage cream sauce and crispy prosciutto, finishing the meal with caramel and vanilla affogato. Chef Jesse or a resident chef will guide you through each step of the pasta-making process. This cooking class in Naperville is perfect for anyone who loves Italian comfort food and fresh seasonal ingredients.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
