Build a warm Italian-inspired menu using seasonal flavors.
Get comfortable with pasta-making techniques in this interactive cooking class in Murray (Salt Lake City). With help from Chef Joseph or a resident chef, you’ll make fresh spinach pasta dough, fettuccine with roasted squash and linguine with walnut sage sauce. End with caramel and vanilla affogato for a sweet finish.
