Learn classic bread-making techniques in an easy, approachable way.

Get comfortable working with dough in this interactive cooking class in Murray (Salt Lake City). With help from Chef Joseph or a resident chef, you’ll bake rustic Dutch oven French bread, top roasted squash and sage focaccia with creamy ricotta and churn your own salted butter. You’ll gain confidence in timing and texture while learning techniques you can use for all kinds of homemade breads. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef we had (Chef Dulce) was great. The instruction, food, and atmosphere were also terrific. I think the only thing that was off was the communication. It would have been a lot simpler for my team (I booked for 12) if the Cozymeal email had explained this event would take place inside a mall.
