Learn the art of handmade pasta in this hands-on cooking class in Canton (Darien). Start by mixing and rolling fresh spinach pasta dough, then craft fettuccine with roasted winter squash, arugula and pine nuts. You’ll also prepare spinach linguine with walnut sage cream sauce and crispy prosciutto, finishing the meal with caramel and vanilla affogato. Chef Brian or a resident chef will guide you through each step of the pasta-making process. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
