What You'll Do

Enjoy cooking Italian classics as a couple in a fun, interactive class.

Create an authentic Italian meal from scratch in this fun cooking class in OKC. With help from Chef Dylan or a resident chef, you and your partner will prepare a five-course spread featuring crostini with burrata and peperonata, chicken saltimbocca, Parmigiano polenta, arugula salad with fennel and mini tiramisu. Along the way, you’ll learn how to balance flavors and textures the Italian way. This cooking class in OKC is a delicious and interactive date night option for couples who love to cook together.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dylan is a culinary professional with more than 13 years of kitchen experience, beginning in his mother’s bakery and expanding through pizza making and fine dining. Most recently, he managed a fine dining kitchen recognized with a prestigious James Beard Award. Throughout his career, Chef Dylan has found his greatest passion in bringing people together through food. He especially enjoys teaching and inviting guests into the cooking process, creating engaging experiences where everyone can learn new techniques, share ideas and discover the joy of cooking together.

It was great. Never have been so full! I was the only "solo" person there & wa very included. There was plenty of lobster, the brioche was to die for!, & even the dessert (for someone who doesnt like blueberries), was exceptional. Everything was super easy & even as a seasoned at-home cook, I have always learned several things.

Meal was Latin & delicious. And surprisingly, it was the quickest meal ever (for no particular reason). Chef gave several cooking tips (even ones I didnt know).

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.

My wife and I cooked with Chef Robert and his staff. My wife was so excited and we both really enjoyed making out meals and even added a few changes to what we buy for groceries when we found out how easy and wonderful making the pesto and vinaigrette were compared to what we used to use. We are both looking forward to taking another class.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!
