Join Chef Peter or one of the talented resident chefs in Kirkland (Seattle) for an elegant winter cooking class that combines classic flavors with festive touches. Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.

Chocolate tarts, chocolate truffles and double chocolate brownies. Chef was fantastic. It was a very enjoyable and informative learning experience. I will definitely look into future classes.

The Thai dinner. Learned to crush lemon grass when using it. Learned that I am working "too hard" when I'm chopping veggies. Enjoyable experience!
