Celebrate the season with mini holiday cakes in this hands-on cooking class in Madison. Guided by Chef Peter or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll bake festive favorites like chocolate bundt cakes finished with raspberry glaze and carrot bundt cakes crowned with cream cheese glaze and candied walnuts. Using the Nordic Ware braided cakelet pan, you’ll also learn cake-decorating techniques to make your treats look as stunning as they taste. This holiday baking class in Madison is the perfect way to embrace Christmas traditions with a gourmet twist.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.

Great job, only mistake not matching the crème anglaise with the chocolate soufflé but you covered for it. We had a great time!
