What You’ll Do

Cook a juicy Beef Wellington and celebrate the season.

Discover the art of a true holiday classic in this hands-on cooking class in Murray (Salt Lake City). Under the guidance of Chef Joseph or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll prepare a show-stopping Beef Wellington that’s crisp, golden and savory. On the side, you’ll craft charred broccoli layered with Manchego, hazelnuts and honey and whip up velvety sour cream and chive mashed potatoes. This cooking experience in Murray (Salt Lake City) blends elegance with comfort, making it perfect for a festive night out or a fun new tradition with friends and family.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef we had (Chef Dulce) was great. The instruction, food, and atmosphere were also terrific. I think the only thing that was off was the communication. It would have been a lot simpler for my team (I booked for 12) if the Cozymeal email had explained this event would take place inside a mall.
