Join Chef Michael or one of the talented resident chefs in Woodmere (Cleveland) for a holiday-inspired pasta cooking class. Begin by learning how to craft classic pasta dough, then transform it into hearty pappardelle with Tuscan sausage and caramelized onion ragù, plus farfalle tossed in a seasonal butternut squash and parsley-almond pesto. Conclude the feast with limoncello gelato, a refreshing Italian dessert. This pasta-making class in Woodmere (Cleveland) combines hands-on learning with festive Italian recipes for the holidays.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
