 Embrace the winter season with this gourmet cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland). Under the expert instruction of Chef Matthew or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll prepare an herb-crusted beef tenderloin paired with creamy horseradish sauce, crisp sautéed Brussels sprouts and piped duchess potatoes. End the evening with decadent sticky toffee pudding. This cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland) combines French techniques with New American flavors for a festive holiday menu.  
 Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.    
 This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
