Learn to bake delicious mini bundt cakes perfect for the holidays.

Bring holiday cheer to your baking in this festive cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis). Learn to create mini chocolate bundt cakes drizzled with a bright raspberry glaze and mini carrot bundt cakes topped with cream cheese glaze and candied walnuts. With guidance from Chef Randy or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll also discover tips for perfect presentation using the Nordic Ware braided cakelet pan. This holiday baking class in Carmel (Indianapolis) is a delightful way to celebrate Christmas with sweet treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We cooked the French cuisine meal. It was with a substitute chef and unfortunately he was moving way too fast and didn’t really give clear instructions. The chicken did not appear to be fully cooked after the main chef and assistants baked it. and when asked about it he assured us it was okay…but my partner didn’t even want to eat it and felt sick from just looking at it. Overall, a fine experience, enjoyed working with another couple but felt like it was rushed and not worth the price.
