What You’ll Do

Twirl, toss and taste authentic pasta in this festive cooking experience.

Join Chef Nathan or one of the talented resident chefs in OKC for a holiday-inspired pasta cooking class. Begin by learning how to craft classic pasta dough, then transform it into hearty pappardelle with Tuscan sausage and caramelized onion ragù, plus farfalle tossed in a seasonal butternut squash and parsley-almond pesto. Conclude the feast with limoncello gelato, a refreshing Italian dessert. This pasta-making class in OKC combines hands-on learning with festive Italian recipes for the holidays.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Never received the written recipe to make this meal at home. 4 people had to share the workspace and the pan to cook with. No cutting or prepping was introduced. No tips or assistance to help with a good outcome, just a demonstration.

My wife and I cooked with Chef Robert and his staff. My wife was so excited and we both really enjoyed making out meals and even added a few changes to what we buy for groceries when we found out how easy and wonderful making the pesto and vinaigrette were compared to what we used to use. We are both looking forward to taking another class.

Wonderful experience. Food and ingredients were well prepared for the evening of cooking. The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
