Cooking Class - Taste of Thailand

Learn to master traditional Thai dishes with Chef Elham.

This interactive cooking class will teach you the secrets and history to Thai cuisine. Under the guidance of Chef Elham, learn about specialty ingredients that are key to each dishes' success, along with where to find these proteins in your local market. Practice knife skills that area essential to perfecting this four-course experience and then sit down to enjoy your creations.

With 16 years of experience under her belt, Chef Elham passion is bridging communities through cooking and lively conversation. Training in the gastronomy center of the world in Lyon, France at the Paul Bocuse Institute, followed by time at The French Culinary Institute, Chef Elham is consistently expanding her culinary range to share tips and trick in her classes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Elham is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 40% of the per person rate.
