For Mother’s Day this year, I bought two seats for a class with Chef Ricky. This was our first time ever doing a cooking class together and we did the Japanese A5 Wagyu lesson. We cooked an incredible steak- having the opportunity to eat A5 Japanese Wagyu is rare, and we were so grateful for the opportunity. Chef Ricky was so much fun to work with- I have a deep passion for Japan and he very clearly does as well, so it was really enjoyable to hear about his experiences with the culture and country- especially the food experiences! Cannot wait to try out his other classes in the future! Such a treat!

Chef Ricky was incredible! This was a gift for my wife's birthday and we had such an incredible time. Chef helped us put together a delicious A5 Wagyu full course meal. Aside from the great food, he is a great story teller and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Would highly recommend this experience for a special night and we look forward to booking with him again soon and bringing some friends along.

We made A5 Wagyu. Chef Ricky was amazing. He is fun, interesting, so knowledgeable, and very patient. We had an excellent time. I highly recommend this unique experience!
