Join Chef Tina or one of the talented resident chefs in Santa Rosa for a bread-making adventure that spans the world. Start with Middle Eastern flatbread topped with dukkah, bake Italian focaccia with rosemary and roasted garlic and finish with tender potato dinner rolls. This cooking class in Santa Rosa offers hands-on practice with approachable recipes that highlight global traditions. With plenty of kneading, shaping and tasting along the way, it’s the perfect experience for anyone who loves bread. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
