You’ll also prepare a winter greens salad with toasted walnut vinaigrette. To end on a sweet note, Chef Kate or one of the talented resident chefs will teach you to bake mini bourbon pecan pies. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.
