Experience the warmth of French countryside cuisine in this interactive cooking class in Columbus. Learn to prepare chicken chasseur, a rustic dish with mushrooms, tomatoes and herbs, alongside pommes persillade seasoned with garlic and parsley. You’ll also toss a refreshing salade verte with tarragon-Dijon vinaigrette. For dessert, Chef Jennifer or one of the talented resident chefs will show you how to assemble a classic mille-feuille with layers of puff pastry and cream. This cooking class in Columbus is perfect for food lovers of all levels who want to enjoy authentic flavors in a relaxed, hands-on setting.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.
