Discover the romance of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland). You’ll make juicy shrimp scampi paired with fresh spaghetti, a refreshing shaved radish, fennel and herb salad and a pear crostata topped with whipped cream. Chef Matthew or one of the talented resident chefs will also show you how to roll and shape your own pasta dough. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or planning a cozy night out, this class in Westlake (Cleveland) is a delightful way to connect, cook and enjoy authentic Italian flavors. Bring your appetite and your date for a memorable evening.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
