Chef Amalia is a seasoned cook who transitioned from a legal career to sharing her passion for making food and its preparation more accessible. She is able to make complicated tasks appear simple by breaking them down into their most essential components and encouraging the students to practice and then master each skill. In her kitchen, encouragement and mastery are the keys to making culinary arts approachable for all.

Chef Amelia was lovely and has so much to share. She fielded questions, explained all in a way those that have cooking experience as well as those who don’t can understand. Everything was delicious and we will try to recreate from home!!! Thank you chef!!
