What You’ll Do

Discover how herbs and citrus transform simple meals.

Spice up your home cooking in this Mediterranean-inspired cooking class in Las Vegas. With guidance from Chef Brennan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll roast chicken with preserved lemon, craft a bright carrot and feta salad and cook herby couscous with almonds. For dessert, learn to layer phyllo dough and bake pistachio apricot bites. This cooking experience in Las Vegas is a great way to discover new ingredients and techniques you’ll want to use again.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
