What You’ll Do

Experience the meditative art of mixing and kneading dough.

Get hands-on with homemade bread in this beginner-friendly baking cooking class in Tampa. Chef Vlisaria or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you through making roasted vegetable focaccia, shaping French baguettes and pain d’epi and building crostini topped with whipped ricotta and hot honey. You’ll also make your own basil oil for extra flavor. This 3-hour cooking experience in Tampa is a cozy way to learn new skills and enjoy fresh, from-scratch breads.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

I had an amazing time as this was my first class. There wasn't a large turnout so it was a more intimate experience, getting quality time with the chef and the other few people in the room. The Osso Buco came out perfectly. I learned some good tips, had a fun time and met some great people. I will definitely be signing up for more classes this week!

Jess was a great baker/teacher today. We were only 2 students, which made instruction very personal, we could ask all the questions we had as we went along. We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. We look forward to taking another class soon!
