Cooking Class - Learn Classic Bread Making Skills

What You'll Do

Add a warm, homemade touch to your meals with fresh bread.

Get hands-on with homemade bread in this beginner-friendly baking cooking class in OKC. Chef Nathan or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you through making roasted vegetable focaccia, shaping French baguettes and pain d’epi and building crostini topped with whipped ricotta and hot honey. You’ll also make your own basil oil for extra flavor. This 3-hour cooking experience in OKC is a cozy way to learn new skills and enjoy fresh, from-scratch breads.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It was great. Never have been so full! I was the only "solo" person there & wa very included. There was plenty of lobster, the brioche was to die for!, & even the dessert (for someone who doesnt like blueberries), was exceptional. Everything was super easy & even as a seasoned at-home cook, I have always learned several things.

Meal was Latin & delicious. And surprisingly, it was the quickest meal ever (for no particular reason). Chef gave several cooking tips (even ones I didnt know).
