Cooking Class - Your Guide to Homemade Artisan Bread

Build your bread skills in a fun, flour-filled experience.

Learn the secrets to perfect homemade bread in this hands-on baking cooking class in Boulder. With help from Chef Ashley or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll make fluffy focaccia topped with roasted vegetables and basil oil, then shape mini baguettes and pain d’epi from scratch. You’ll also bake crispy crostini and top them with whipped ricotta and hot honey. This 3-hour cooking experience in Boulder is perfect for anyone ready to roll up their sleeves and bake something truly satisfying.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
