all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Learn timeless techniques rooted in French bistro traditions and fall flavors.
Master the art of French bistro cooking in this hands-on cooking class in Boulder. With guidance from Chef Ashley or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll sear cast iron steak and create a rich red wine sauce, then prepare creamy truffle mashed potatoes and a crisp endive and radicchio salad with champagne vinaigrette. For dessert, you’ll make a warm pear tarte Tatin from scratch. This cooking experience in Boulder is a great way to sharpen your skills and enjoy an elegant meal!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
