Chef Vlisaria or one of the talented resident chefs will show you how to shape gnocchi, sear chicken wrapped in prosciutto and build a rich marsala sauce from scratch. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
