What You’ll Do

Cook and connect over steak and fall-inspired flavors.

Enjoy the flavors of fall in this seasonal cooking class in Cincinnati. With guidance from Chef Kate or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll learn how to sear steak and finish it with a rich bourbon-shallot butter. Then roast sweet potatoes topped with a savory bacon vinaigrette and prepare shaved Brussels sprouts with shallots and pine nuts. Finish with a fun twist on dessert by making mini cannoli tartlets. This hands-on cooking experience in Cincinnati is a great way to cook and connect!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Kate brings a sense of artistry to her culinary endeavors. She was a Corporate Training Chef before trying her hand at catering and concessions. Having worked in eateries ranging from food trucks to large-scale food production lines, she finally indulged her passion for teaching others. Students fortunate enough to learn from Chef Kate and her exceptional team come away with a new appreciation for the joy of food.

Great class learning to make pasta, a fresh salad with homemade dressing and tiramisu for dessert. We also enjoyed the food we made after class.
