What You’ll Do

Create sweet fall memories with French food and hands-on fun.

Make it a night to remember with this French date night cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland). Join Chef Matthew or one of the talented resident chefs to cook cast iron seared steak with caramelized shallots, a cozy thyme potato gratin and a fresh beet and green bean salad with hazelnut vinaigrette. Then bake classic chocolate soufflés for dessert. This cooking experience in Westlake (Cleveland) is a great way to enjoy good food and quality time in the kitchen together!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
