Savor French comfort food and fall romance in this hands-on cooking class.
Bring your favorite person along for a French-inspired cooking class in Ann Arbor. With help from Chef Daniel or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll sear steak in cast iron, prepare a thyme-scented potato gratin and toss a beet and haricot vert salad with toasted hazelnut vinaigrette. You’ll finish with chocolate soufflés that are rich, fluffy and perfect for sharing. This hands-on cooking experience in Ann Arbor is a fun and delicious way to spend time together!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
