Guided by Chef Vlisaria, you’ll learn to make a hearty shrimp étouffée, red beans with Cajun spices and andouille sausage and crispy hushpuppies drizzled with honey butter. Then, light up dessert with bananas foster flambéed to perfection. This lively cooking experience in Tampa brings the spirit of the French Quarter straight to your kitchen repertoire!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I had such a lovely time at the Cozy Brunch cooking class today! The chef was very fun and very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly.
