What a great time! Chef Landi is personable, highly skilled and informative, while he hosts and delivers a cozy dinner environment. He observes the skill and comfort level of his guests, adjusting his instruction to them as the group learns and prepares the meal. So much different from a basic night out at a restaurant, this was a great way to spend an evening over good food, wine and conversation.
