If you want to enjoy a vegan taste of Morocco, this cooking class is right for you. In it, a world-class chef will teach you to draw inspiration from the country’s vibrant, spice-forward cookbook.

You’ll get hands-on with time-honored techniques and traditional Moroccan equipment, rustling up a menu featuring a vegan tagine with chickpeas, onions, carrots and spices. You’ll also make your own naan bread with vegan yogurt, flour and oil, pairing everything with a vibrant tomato and cucumber salad with lemon, olive oil and herbs. For dessert? Chef Tiff was amazing! My husband and I had a wonderful time, and for the first time (after years of trying) we finally made successful spring rolls.
