If you want to enjoy a vegan taste of Morocco, this cooking class is right for you. In it, a world-class chef will teach you to draw inspiration from the country’s vibrant, spice-forward cookbook.

You’ll get hands-on with time-honored techniques and traditional Moroccan equipment, rustling up a menu featuring a vegan tagine with chickpeas, onions, carrots and spices. You’ll also make your own naan bread with vegan yogurt, flour and oil, pairing everything with a vibrant tomato and cucumber salad with lemon, olive oil and herbs. For dessert? We had a great time with Chef Tiff. We learned some very fun new recipes that we will continue making into the future! She was also incredibly knowledgable and taught us lots of great kitchen techniques that we have been practicing since. She shared lots of information about healthy cooking and eating that we both really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to cook with Chef Tiff again in the future!
