Master no fewer than four gluten-free rolls in this immersive sushi making session.

If you want to offer a gluten-free taste of Japan to your gluten-free guests, this cooking class is your chance to learn how. In it, a renowned chef will show you how to master the traditional techniques required to recreate your favorite sushi at home.

You’ll roll no fewer than four unique recipes, including a classic kappa maki cucumber roll and a teka maki tuna roll — both with the perfect rice base and seaweed. You’ll also whip up a rainbow roll with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, crab stick, avocado and cucumber, plus a shrimp tempura roll with avocado, cucumber, seaweed, sushi sauce and spicy mayo. Chef Ricky was so good. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. He made the process of rolling sushi simple and understandable. My husband and I booked this to celebrate our anniversary so we could do something different and it was everything was everything that we expected and more.
